Domestic Shipping (US)
- Processing for in‑stock items: 1–3 business days.
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and best available service.
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
- PO Boxes: Ship via USPS compatible services.
- APO/FPO/DPO: Supported via USPS; transit times may be extended.
Pre‑Orders
- Ship in the estimated window shown on the product page.
- Your card is charged only when the item is ready to ship.
- Pre‑orders may ship earlier or later than estimated due to production or carrier factors. We’ll email any timeline changes.
- Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately. You’ll receive separate tracking if split.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created. Allow 24–48 hours for scans to populate.
- Delivery estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and carrier holidays.
- If marked “Delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. Contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
- High‑value shipments may require a signature at delivery for security.
Address Changes & Order Edits
- Need to update your address? Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
- We can edit orders before fulfillment begins. Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
- Lost in transit: If no movement for 7+ business days past the estimated delivery, we’ll help file a carrier investigation.
- Incorrect or missing items: Reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is being evaluated for a future drop.
Returns & Exchanges Impact on Shipping
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
- Exchange shipments are sent after the original item is received and inspected.
Peak & Holiday Periods
- During high‑volume drops and holidays, processing and carrier transit times may extend.
- Weather events can also impact carrier networks. We’ll post alerts when widespread delays are expected.
Packaging & Sustainability
- We use right‑sized packaging to reduce material waste.
- Garments are packed to balance protection with minimal plastic where feasible.
